Pledge of Allegiance

I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America, and to the Republic for which it stands, one nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all.

Star Spangled Banner

O say! Can you see, by the dawn's early light, what so proudly we hail'd at the twilight's last gleaming? Who's broad stripes and bright stars, through the perilous fight, O'er the ramparts we watch'd were so gallantly streaming? And the rockets ' red glare, the bombs bursting in air, gave proof through the night that our flag was still there. O say, does that Star-Spangled banner yet wave O'er the land of the free and the home of the brave?

Battle Hymn of the Republic

First Verse: Mine eyes have seen the glory of the coming of the Lord; He is trampling out the vintage where the grapes of wrath are stored; He hath loosed the fateful lightning of his terrible swift sword; His truth is marching on.

Refrain: Glory! Glory! Hallelujah! Glory! Glory! Hallelujah! Glory! Glory! Hallelujah! His truth is marching on.

Second Verse: I have seen him in the watch fires of a hundred circling camps; They have builded him an altar in the evening dews and damps: I can read his righteous sentence by the dim and flaring lamps; His day is marching on.

Refrain

Third Verse: He has sounded forth the trumpet that shall never call retreat; He is sifting out the hearts of men before his judgment seat; O be swift, my soul, to answer him; be jubilant, my feet! Our God is marching on.

Refrain

Fourth Verse: In the beauty of the lilies Christ was born across the sea, With a glory in his bosom that transfigures you and me; As he died to make men holy let us die to make men free! While God is marching on.

Refrain

Fifth Verse: He is coming like the glory of the morning of the waves; He is wisdom to the mighty, he is honor to the brave; So the world shall be his foot-stool, and the soul of wrong his slaves. Our God is marching on.

Refrain

My Country, 'Tis of Thee

First Verse: My country, 'tis of thee, Sweet land of liberty, of thee I sing; Land where my fathers died; Land of the pilgrims' pride, from every mountain-side Let freedom ring!

Second Verse: My native country, thee, Land of the noble, free; They name I love; I love thy rocks and rills, Thy woods and templed hills; My heart with rapture thrills, Like that above.

Third Verse: Let music swell the breeze, And ring from all the trees Sweet freedom's song; Let mortal tongues awake; let all that breathe partake; Let rocks their silence break, The sound prolong.

Fourth Verse: Our fathers' God, to thee, Author of liberty, To thee we sing; Long may our land be bright With freedom's holy light; Protect us by thy might, Great God, Our King.

American Creed

"I believe in the United States of America as a government of the people, by the people, for the people; whose just powers are derived from the consent of the governed; a democracy in a republic; a sovereign Nation of many sovereign States; a perfect union, one and inseparable; established upon those principles of freedom, equality, justice, and humanity for which American patriots sacrificed their lives and fortunes. I therefore believe it is my duty to my country to live it, to support its Constitution, to obey its laws, to respect its flag, and to defend it against all enemies."
